AnOther City Trip 2017 wins German Design Award
You'd think we would get tired of winning awards.. Because after winning the title Place Brand of the Year at the City Nation Place Awards earlier this month, we have now won a German Design Award for the 2017 edition of influencer campaign AnOther City Trip.
Focus on Spain
Under the philosophy: 'Who chooses, will be chosen', the campaign focused on one country for its second edition: Spain. The choice for Spain arose from increasing interest in Eindhoven from the Spanish press and the good connections between various Spanish airports and Eindhoven Airport. On Friday 6 and Saturday 7 October 2017, Eindhoven welcomed nine Spanish social influencers, who experienced the city's energy in two full days.
German Design Awards
German Design Awards are awarded to projects that truly represent pioneering contributions to the German and international design landscape. The highly esteemed, international jury guarantees this. Their statement on AnOther City Trip 2017 is as follows:

Innovative influencer marketing
Last year, the campaign's innovativeness was mainly in the monitoring, analysis, and follow-up of the campaign. This is not the first time that AnOther City Trip has won an award. The campaign won the prestigious Content Marketing Award, organized by the leading American Content Marketing Institute, and silver at the Dutch Interactive Awards. There were also nominations for the NRW Marketing Award and the Digital Communications Awards. The concept is a collaboration between Zandbeek and Eindhoven365.
